This Privacy Policy explains how OmanDoctors collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, apps, AI intake tools, booking features, and provider directory. We handle personal data and sensitive health-related information with care, in line with platform functionality and applicable law.

• Identity & contact: name, email, phone, WhatsApp number, city/area.
• Patient profile: language preference, verification status, account settings.
• Provider profile: business name, address, services, licenses (as submitted), contact details.
• Bookings & appointments: requested dates, provider selected, booking status, notes you provide.
• AI intake / chat / voice: messages, symptom descriptions, structured intake summaries, session metadata.
• Uploaded files: documents or images you choose to upload for consultation or intake.
• Payments: transaction references, amounts, status — not full payment card numbers when processed by a payment provider.
• Technical & analytics: device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, referral source, session identifiers, security logs.

Provider listing information displayed on OmanDoctors may include publicly available data, provider-submitted data, and admin-reviewed directory data. This information is shown for directory and discovery purposes only. Users should verify important details — including credentials, availability, fees, services, and insurance acceptance — directly with the relevant healthcare provider before relying on them. Directory listings are not health advertisements or endorsements by OmanDoctors.

Information you share about symptoms, medical history, medications, or uploaded clinical documents may constitute sensitive health data. We use it only to provide the services you request — such as intake summaries, booking, or consultation preparation — and apply access controls appropriate to a healthcare platform. Do not share more health information than necessary for your requested service.

• Providers you choose: when you book or request consultation, relevant details are shared with that provider.
• Payment providers: to process payments securely (e.g. Thawani or other processors).
• Hosting & infrastructure: cloud servers, databases, and storage providers that host the Platform.
• Analytics: aggregated or pseudonymized usage analytics where enabled (e.g. Google Analytics).
• AI services: third-party AI providers may process intake messages to generate structured summaries, subject to contractual safeguards.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal data.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and maintain security logs. Some records (e.g. payment, fraud prevention, or legally required healthcare records) may be kept longer. See Account & Data Deletion for erasure requests.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, authenticated APIs, OTP verification for patient accounts, and administrative review workflows. No system is 100% secure; report concerns to info@omandoctors.com.

The Platform is not directed at children under 13. Parents or guardians must supervise use by minors. Do not register a child without appropriate guardian consent and provider guidance where required by law.
